I ordered desks from a very good price-quality rate and it's delivered in 48 hours. No books and papers how it should be assemble, because its (almost) already done! Thanks for the fast delivery. I will recommend this for everybody who need quality (used) office stuff!

Bought a desk almost 2 weeks ago, it came on the next day. The desk seemed fine, until I tried to put it all together. The holes that came on the table to put the screws on, have nothing to do with the support bar that came with the table. They're done in random places and do not fit the support bar at all, and this was not mentioned at all in the product description. I have sent them an email talking about this issue, and they simply ignored it. This email was sent almost 2 weeks ago, and still no answer. I went on facebook as well sent them a message, regarding the email and they just said they're away and can't respond. So basically I have to buy a drill machine for around 30€ buy the other materials needed in order to drill, learn how to use it properly so that I don't mess up the table, and then just never use the drill again, because I simply don't need it. Really bad customer service, I won't buy from here again. EDIT: After sending this review I was contacted by the store owner who prepared a solution. They have brought another table to replace the first one they have sent. Apparently what was wrong was the frame they have sent me on the first time, it was not the correct one. Either way they have brought the new table already assembled and ready to use. I have changed my review to 3 stars for that reason, and I can now say that I recommend this company, but if you have an issue I would rather call than sending an email. :)

Quick delivery + good complaint handling. We ordered a desk that was to large to go up the stairway, after having contact I swapped it to another desk and they refunded the difference. Was good service!

Easy online shopping, site is only in English, also the staff speaks only English (sort off) , order placed, quick confirmation, but the shipping system was a bit unclear, I placed my order on Friday 11/09, got confirmation on Monday 14/09 that the order was shipped, a bit confusing was expecting an phone call to make delivery appointment. well things went a bit wrong after that but the instead Monday evening at 20.30 it became Tuesday around 20.15, not entirely what I expected and appointments were not followed. the delivery guy helped bringing the heavy cabinet inside, top service because on the homepage it says in front of door. they need to work on a Dutch homepage, the are selling and are based in NL, also they need to improve the delivery info, make clear appointments or inform the received when the delivery will happen. 4 stars because everything went quick and prices are nice, delivery could be better so no 5 stars.

I bought an office chair and it's in perfect condition. Also very fast delivery!
