Six months ago we ordered a shower cabin, taps and bathroom accessories for our new-build house. A few weeks ago everything paid neatly and we called twice to discuss the delivery (week 34 2020) etc, as this was a matter of concern due to the renovation. Last week we were on the phone almost every day as we were not called to schedule an appointment for delivery. Fortunately we had entered the cabin on time on Saturday. But some accessories were not there again and had been open and damaged. No more Sanitary room for me.

They sell nice things, but that's all said. Especially in terms of service, they fail. Below some bad experiences with the sanitary room, I regret that I spent so much money with them. Do not call back and / or email with questions. Outdated or assembly manuals. Failure to meet delivery times, and then charged to deliver an alternative product. Bad advice and not being responsible for the consequences, in return you get indecent reactions. An example: A mirror with associated mirror lighting purchased, is supplied without fasteners and no cable entry in the aluminum frame of the mirror. Two products that do not belong together after my idea. Then it is advised to look for the missing parts at a hardware store. And screwing it on, hereby damaged the mirror (125 euros damage) and you are told that you should not have done that. I wouldn't have tried anything like this without their advice, but they say it's entirely my fault. do not in any way affect you after that bad thing. Even the proposal to buy a mirror again, for the full amount, but with the condition that silk provide proper throughput (so that the risk of breakage for me is gone) is brutally turned down.

I ordered a shower enclosure from the sanitary room. Just before the planned delivery, we are told that the wall will be delivered 6 weeks later. At the moment the renovation is already planned for everyone. Sanitary room made us pay extra to be able to receive another shower door on time. Then made a service request and called. After which I never heard from them again.
