Bought a high gloss block table here this week and not satisfied with the service! The high-gloss block table is from the PUUUR interiors brand. We have ordered this table incl glass plate so that we can enjoy this table longer. We noticed that the PUUUR interiors emblem that was missing from all tables in the showroom was missing from our table. We made no problem about this until we placed the glass plate on the table, causing all air bubbles to form. We called and they had indicated that this had to be done by email including photos. Eventually we sent an email to which we received an answer that we had to place knobs under this so that the air bubbles disappeared. In the showroom, this table with glass plate is also without knobs and without air bubbles. Also, because the emblem is not present on our coffee table, we strongly believe that this table does not come from the PUUUR interiors brand and we have thrown away 1200 money for something we do not want. We would like a APPROPRIATE solution for this.

Bad customer friendliness! Better said, no customer-friendliness. We entered and we were not looked at and greeted. They found a "funny" movie on their phone more interesting. Missed opportunity to buy an armchair because of this. A shame of the beautiful store because it is.

Enough but not what we were looking for

We came in to look for a couch but almost bought our whole new interior. Really we are super helped every time we came, really a compliment. The delivery went smoothly and they had to be 10 high but they have a nice lift for it, everything through the balcony inside no problem and neat. The after service was also top notch nothing is too much Price-wise also very good for the quality that you get everything very nicely from super material and beautifully finished. So thanks Atlas l
