Extremely long delivery times, we have been waiting for the bank for three months and the expectation is December 30th for an order by September 13th
Ordered a new sofa today from Montèl Beverwijk. Yesterday and today very neatly and very professionally spoke to and helped with the selection and eventually the sale. I can recommend Montèl to everyone!

Super bad customer service! As a customer you are not taken seriously at all. You can first buy an expensive bank, but as soon as something goes wrong you will be sent from the cupboard to the wall and you can only pay extra, because there is nothing covered by the guarantee! You think it's a good idea to buy a bank at Montel, but after 1.5 years, the bank collapses and is thrown on material and production. There is no suitable solution, but you can pay for it!
It is a very nice store and the staff are very friendly and give very quiet advice without threatening anyone. ... that gives a nice atmosphere to view everything calmly, I can really recommend. ... have bought a nice couch today .... thanks
