On October 8 we ordered a couch and an armchair with 2 cushions. we have received excellent assistance. The lady who helped us put a lot of effort into finding a certain pillow model at one of the branches. Today, two polite gentlemen delivered the items neatly. I am very satisfied with the information provided with the purchase and the information about the maintenance of the bank.

Bought corner sofa in November 2016. Delivered in February 2017. Then all the misery started. Sofa had a tear, was not perpendicular, pillows were not filled, zippers broken, wrong legs, armrest wrinkled. All this was sent for repair, but the bank came back even more damaged. The staff is very unprofessional, especially the lady of customer service. Literally screamed. After countless telephones and e-mails and a visit to the store, no promise was kept by Lederland. Then we decided to return the bank. They agreed to that. Until we received an email that they had finished this file and closed the case. We were shocked when we read this and reported that we would file a complaint with the CBW and start a lawsuit. Then it was immediately talked good and the next day the bulky waste bank was picked up and we got our money back. With the experience we had with Lederland, we want to warn people about this store. They are very nice in the beginning, but once the purchase is made, they no longer look back to the customer. We will never buy anything here and we advise against it.
