November 14, 2020 had a meeting for a quote. After 2 hours everything discussed but no quotation yet. We would get this with 1-1.5 weeks. After 2 weeks once informed by e-mail and receive a response the next day. One of the mechanics has corona in the family and the owner had to work as a mechanic himself and the quotations were pushed back. But in the next week I would get the quote. I politely responded that I would wait with patience, but I think that the lady in the shop could not have passed on a message that it would take a little longer. We are now 7 weeks further and have never heard anything again! In the meantime, it turned out that friends had bought a kitchen at Keukenstudio 5 years ago. They were satisfied with the quality but less satisfied with the communication. E-mails were simply not responded to and eventually they went to the store to do further business. Typically an example of a professional, but no sense of decent business with the customer at all.

About five years ago ordered a kitchen here. Excellent information and advice during decision making. No hassle with ridiculously high discounts, just fixed clear prices. Placement of the kitchen also went smoothly. This week I called the company because one of the drawers was jamming. In the meantime someone has come by who has solved the problem free of charge. Class!!

Relaxed reception, open conversation, honest, knowledgeable and pleasant conversation without fuss. A professional with passion that you can always call, even in the evening or at the weekend.
