Seller Michael Wit listens carefully to our wishes and budget and thinks along with you in terms of possibilities and that's how our kitchen was created on the computer. But then he still has to be placed. First Mark Braas came for the pipes and electricity, that went quickly and very neatly and also useful tips. The kitchen was installed by Chris Filius, what a professional! everything to the mm and neatly finished! Yes, we are happy with the new kitchen and the way these people have helped us !! Fam. Looking for a kitchen for my son, we ended up at Basic Kitchens in Alkmaar. We were well helped by Michael and received the quotation without any problem (you don't experience this often and it is very pleasant and gives you a good feeling). My son had a limited budget, but also thanks to tips from the seller, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen with all the trimmings. Unfortunately something went wrong with the delivery, but after contact with Ria everything was quickly arranged and completed to our full satisfaction. In short, for a good kitchen for everyone's budget, I would definitely recommend Basic kitchens. We are very satisfied with the end result

We are very satisfied with the service and help designing our kitchen. We have been back 3 times and in the end it became a different color, the time was taken for that. The kitchen has been in use for a few weeks now, something was missing from the fridge and the fridge is making huge noises, even now action was taken immediately. We are very happy with our kitchen.

Very disappointing experience with Basic Keukens from Alkmaar. The kitchen consultant had helped me well, but suddenly turned out to be retired. When the kitchen was finally taken into order, various things appeared to be impossible (dimensions, arrangement) or were incorrectly advised. The kitchen was installed in April 2019 (new-build house) and then it turned out that the connection diagram was incorrectly specified, which meant that an expensive plumber had to relocate the pipes at my expense. We did not apologize. The kitchen was partly assembled, extractor hood and cupboard did not work properly. the drain also had to be done. Someone would come soon, but of course he didn't. Many promises that were not always kept true, or it lasted for weeks. call yourself. Ria is nice but also does not know how to properly monitor the agreements. Now contacted again for the 6th time where the engineer stays to finish it. I really REALLY regret that I went to work with Basic Keukens Alkmaar. Friends have also dropped out after being helped in a very pleasant way in the first instance.

Looking for a kitchen, we ended up in basic kitchens Alkmaar. We were initially helped well and not as intrusive as we have experienced in other cases. After a period of one week, we chose this company. Three days before installation, payment had to be made excluding installation amount (they have been outsourced). Assembly went neat, however, basic kitchens delivered the wrong induction plate and cupboard door, and a lime filter was also missing for a swirling water tap. Contacted Ria and she arranged it all. But yes, money has arrived, so the pressure is off for them! After two weeks called again for a status, after a month I called again myself and had to explain the story to her again and which parts it was about and say again that I was not going to install it myself (notes not made), two months again MYSELF contacted. All in all 1-way communication. After four months Michael on the phone (contacted himself again) explained the story again because Ria had not put anything in the system. He went straight to arrange it. After a week he called that everything was only waiting for a cupboard door with a delivery time of about 5 weeks. But he was arranged and he contacted (also nice). All in all, we have completed our kitchen after HALF years. Quality and assembly was good But communication and customer focus (after making a design) can be improved LOOKS and you can also expect if you do not have very special things that it should be completed much faster. Very unfortunate because of this I am not happy with basic kitchens
