Helped very nicely with Pronto. We had seen nice chairs at their location in Cruqius that were not available there. But by coincidence a look in Alkmaar actually went to the other furniture store (the neighbors) and it turned out that Alkmaar Pronto had the chairs we wanted in stock in the warehouse in Heerhugowaard. So paid and picked up 😂🤣👍

Ordered chairs here, but it seems like they never had to deliver chairs to a customer's home before. Every time the promise "you will really have them at home tomorrow" and a week later I now have 4 of the 6 chairs in the house after ten phone calls and just as many emails from my side. I have to call DHL for the other 2 chairs myself because something is going wrong I was told. Hey?! Since when should you, as a customer, start calling DHL yourself? What an unprofessional home improvement store. Never again! And such a shame because the seats are so nice. If the delivery and service went well, they got a good ten from me. But now ... sad!
