Super service, quickly arranged, fixed point of contact for questions, complaints, to arrange things such as installers for electricity, and plumbers, removing cardboard after placing the kitchen.
Dishwasher was a little late but Jeroen has arranged perfectly
Very customer-friendly and were neatly helped. Have ordered a kitchen from them and were well informed of the delivery time. In addition, the handling was also super arranged. We missed a part and they got it in quickly to finish the kitchen. Top company!
Super helped by Marco. Not pushy and above all thinking along. Really great! We are now especially curious about the result in hopefully a few months.
Nowhere in Alkmaar have we been helped as well as at I-Kook by Marco. It was expected in advance that this case would be in the slightly lower segment, but during the appointment it immediately emerged what kind of professional Marco is. He thinks along very well, takes the time and more importantly is that the wishes are listened very carefully. The concept of I-Kook is very pleasant, where people work more like a kitchen consultant and not as a garish salesman. The prices are also competitive. Definitely recommended!
