Our sofa was of terrible quality. After a year of use, it looked like it was 10 years old. The service in the store is disgusting, if they promise to call you back then be sure - they will never call you back. If you call the store, you will be asked to write a letter that will not be answered either. Our sofa was under repair from August to January in the store, we were told 3 times that the sofa was ready, but during the quality check it turned out and was never completely repaired. As a result, we threw out 2000 euros for a sofa that we could not use for half a year, and we could also buy in a well-known store from Sweden at half the price, with a human support service, and I am sure it would be of better quality.

I like the diversity of the sofas in terms of functionality, size, designs, etc. You will definitely find something you like there. Also I like the fact that you can pay over a year (12 months) with 0 interest. I wanted to give 3 stars but ended up with 4 cause I don’t want to be harsh. The thing I don’t like is that everything is too slow and the emails are not replied to or checked. Also the maintenance company they work with is the worst in terms of speed or reliability as they lost my fixed item and I had to wait months for the process to go again

Fun fact. Couches have a delivery time off 8 to 16 weeks. Also most expensive fabrics category have been used on the couch. Which isn't displayed in the ads online. Couches are numbered, whom you have to search for in a book they'll give you. U get a Deals on the website are misleading, due to the company using the wrong pictures. My personal two cents (stars) worth.

Prices are ok since they don't deliver. Service however greatly depends on the right person helping you. Some are very friendly and eager to help, some really don't care. I'd compare it with going to a supermarket to buy your sofa..... The aftersales however is a joke. There simply is none! When the sofa we ordered was finally delivered the sizes didn't match our order. We called the shop but they told is it wasn't their problem and we should call the headoffice. They promised to look into it and then would give us an answer in 2 weeks. That never happened. So to summarize: the owner, whom we first met, seemed like a nice, trustworthy person. Most of his staff however isn't. They really don't care less once they've tricked you into a sale. With seats and sofa's all is fine at time of sale, but be warned once there's an issue with your purchase. Then their nice faces turn into stone.........
