With our order of a TV furniture was a delivery time of 8 weeks. After 10 weeks of waiting without hearing anything, we have contacted ourselves. The furniture will be handed over to the delivery service the next week on Monday! Meanwhile, still nothing. Calling Basic Label again, the operator did not understand why we had not yet been called for a delivery appointment. She'll find it out. 2 hours later we are called back by her, the furniture is still in production !!! What a bland kul, we have canceled the order. Do not step into people.

Ordered three 'Skik' cabinets. These were delivered neatly after a week. Unfortunately, 1 of the 28 boxes that would be delivered was missing. The carrier would immediately report it. Just called the customer service, it was said that the missing box would be delivered as soon as possible. After a few days an email sent with the question where the missing cabinet part remains, no answer! Once again sent an e-mail, in reply received that it is all very annoying, but that it is being worked on. Furthermore, it remains silent. But once again called, the missing part would be on the way to the carrier, we still hear when it is delivered. Again silence ... again called and asked when the, unfortunately very important, cabinet part will be delivered. It is now two weeks after the delivery and what appears? There is nothing at all on the road, the part is not available at the moment. In week 12 (!), It will be delivered. And that's what they say in week 3 (!). For the inconvenience we get a 10% discount refunded, which then again. But what an incredibly bad service. Bad service because we have to endlessly mail and call where the part remains, no mail or phone call sent Basic Label by itself, or that we were pulling a dead horse. And now hope that the cabinet is really delivered in week 12. And that the 10% is really refunded. First see and then believe. Basic Label sells beautiful items, but the service is a drama.
