Friendly, English-speaking staff. Sometime there is a line and you have to wait a few minutes.

Incredibly long waiting times. Take an hour into account !!

Bad bad bad. It is the second time that this pharmacy is not doing well. Filed a complaint. On New Year's Eve just let the patient suffocate and hide behind "rules" Quickly make sure that I go to another pharmacy, where people will think along with you. Update: In the meantime changed pharmacies. But by submitting a complaint I came in contact with the pharmacist and had a good conversation, and it was nice that people listened to how "the patient" experiences things. I trust that this will make a difference for someone else.

There works 1 young blonde girl with glasses that would rather you go than comes. So unfriendly and arrogant type and behavior that she shows. Do not forget that due to health insurance I pay you are also paid your salary by medicines that I take off.

Normally never had problems with this pharmacy, but now it is right. I have been waiting for a month for medicines that would have arrived (week 19). After endless messing around from the pharmacy, they want to put me on other medicines, because it is not yet available yet, for which I ALSO still have to pay! This is ridiculous. My medication is now expected in week 26 that I can NOT wait for. There are no other options either, since I have already talked to the doctor. And then the pharmacy arrives with the excuse "the supplier ...." Sorry but that really does not take 2-3 months though ...
