I don't have much positive to report about this pharmacy. They don't bring urgently needed pain relief. Are always understaffed when you get there and cannot be reached by phone. Any normal business could have closed its doors long ago!

As a "tourist" on holiday in Limburg, I was really helped excellently. Every time was taken to help me as best I could. Very nice!

Lousy pharmacy, upon entering it seems like you ended up in the GDR. Nowadays people can be happy when they are spoken to by staff who are more concerned with themselves than with helping customers. Do you have a prescription? "Oh yes, we just gave away the last one" why another recipe if you just give everything away? I have heard this several times. It is also useful to know that you can only pick up your prescription after 3 working days, regardless of whether it has been passed on urgently or not. In practice, it often turns out that they need a working week to receive your prescription. If your recipe is finally in, it will also take far too long for them to collect your recipe. Because this slow team cannot prepare the recipes at the start of the working day. And don't forget that you can also receive a wrong recipe. Boots is lucky that there is a lack of better, otherwise we would have moved to another pharmacy 3 years ago.
