Unfriendly, uncared for and unprofessional pharmacist. Worst of all, it turns out to be the owner. His uncoated blouse is hanging out of his pants, which doesn't detract from the service. I receive a curt and unkind response. As a new resident of Brandevoort, a less pleasant first experience. He appears to have the wrong medicine ready. Obviously it took him a lot of effort to get this done. He literally says 'well then, I ordered special and counted down'. I let it go, we all sometimes have a bad day, but in the meantime I also realize that I think that is the content of this job; Ordering medicines, counting down and having them ready ... it must be me. Then sir feels it necessary to say quite loudly, oh because I see you are pregnant? I say well, was unfortunately. Yes are you pregnant or not? I say no, unfortunately not anymore, but that is the intention. I fill in that the average person can estimate that it is sensitive information and that there is a disappointment of a miscarriage behind it. Unfortunately, I value this man too highly. He says 'yes you have to get a new recipe upstairs'. I am amazed but accept that I have to get a new recipe. At that moment, sir thinks it necessary to shout loudly through the place - where there are really many more people waiting - 'Yes and have it immediately pointed out that you are NOT PREGNANT'. I turn around, saying that I am totally unhappy that he has just shared this personal and sensitive information with the whole thing. After which I still know how to bite him that from now on I will go to the Mierlo pharmacy. By the way, this tip for everyone: Pharmacy Mierlo does it super and discreetly! ps. For the umpteenth time badly and unfriendly helped by the male pharmacy assistant with the glasses and graying hair, who works at the pharmacy every day. I don't normally take the time and effort to write a review, but for this guy I make an exception. I came for clarification on my repeat prescription and the man did not understand my question. On the contrary, I was portrayed as the one who didn't understand his information and the man raised a raised voice against me. I think it's ridiculous to be treated like that by someone who has chosen to work in the service industry. It's not the first time I've thought of him that way. For the rest very satisfied with the other female assistants and services, but in my opinion this man does not belong here !!
