Certainly excellent offer and staff who are friendly at the sale but customer service is unfortunately hard to find here. Bought a Braun thermometer today for 16 (!) Euro. Unfortunately, this thermometer indicates a much too high temperature (1 degree above what other thermometers indicate). That's a world of difference on a 3 day old baby. When I went back with this I was told that they had never heard of it, that there was nothing they could do for me and that I should contact Braun. The internet is full of stories that this thermometer is disappointing and (unfortunately for them) it does not work that the customer has to report problems directly to the manufacturer. A store must sell products properly and, if there is something wrong with it, find a suitable solution.

Fine drugstore. Very helpful, friendly staff. Gifts are always nicely wrapped. Well-arranged store, please come there.
