Very unfriendly, you feel reluctant to ask for something, often it goes wrong and hassle to arrange it, I don't know if they know you are not going for fun or parcetamol, think I will go to another pharmacy

Pharmacy is very poorly organized. A few examples: - It happened to me several times in the past year that I receive a message that my repeat recipe is ready. I come there; half appears to be ready; if I can come back the next day to pick up the rest. I work 40 hours p / w so the next day 'just' passing by is not handy. - I indicate on every visit that I do not want them to put my things in the pick-up machine because the order is consistently wrong and I can still go inside to have it corrected. - Replace medication with other medication. But not yet included in repeat recipe. So requested a repeat prescription via doctor. Then get a call to see if I need my stuff because I picked up a stock the day before (via a traditional recipe). Indicated that it is not necessary because I still have enough stock. 'ok, let it go back to the standard repeat recipe', 'ok'. Then message after message that my new order is ready (yes, in the vending machine) to be picked up. Day afterwards again message that the stuff has been removed from the machine. A few days later we notice that things are ready. And that goes on. The people are friendly though. But organisationally it is a mess!

Ordered medication, received notification from the doctor that it will be ready the next day after 4:00 PM. If I go to get it I will be told to wait for an email tomorrow or something because it is not there. No explanation, no alternative, but snubbed, too bad.
