Roger Pellaers came to measure a number of curtains at my place where we discussed my wishes and Roger noted everything neatly. After receiving the quotation, I went to check out some details and ask a few more questions. Roger was not there, but would call me back the day after. After still not having heard from by the end of the day, I tried to call Roger myself several times. A little later Roger called back with the message that what I wanted was more than € 1500 more expensive than the amount stated on the quote. This is because Roger was mistaken! However, it was presented as if I was being of service and Roger would contact the supplier to ask if there was anything that could be done about the price. Roger would call me back after the weekend with the response from the supplier, unfortunately I never heard from again. Making a mistake is human, but then just admit it and handle it properly. This is just anti-social behavior! And in addition, you should know all the ins and outs of your products, so you don't make these kinds of mistakes. Do yourself a favor and buy your curtains elsewhere!
