Bought a TV cabinet in the past. The saleswoman informed us that it was a solid oak cabinet. We could not judge it ourselves, because there was little lighting .. After delivery we saw that only the doors were made of oak. I called about that and like so often when you have paid you are apparently no longer a customer. I demanded that the cupboard be collected.
I was eventually called back by the owner, who told me in an arrogant tone that she was behind her staff and did not believe that the saleswoman had given us wrong information. We had, according to her, misunderstood. And in a very customer-unfriendly tone. A while before that bought a leather sofa, recliners and dining room chairs and then you are treated like that. Never again.
Well, that is a disappointment, the service of Groter in Wonen! My father died and a bit bigger in living says: "you have to buy furniture or you pay 50% and then the order is canceled". Then I called 3 times. I will not receive an answer until 3 weeks later.
Yes they have discussed it again: "only pay 30% (460 euros) !!"
No very good service!
What a bad thing! Think carefully before you buy anything here !!
Beautiful case ... Spacious, yet well-organized.
If you are going to order furniture here, do not die while waiting for the delivery, that saves a lot of money for the next of kin! Because they have never heard of leniency!
