Is very bad service and attitude towards clients. I ordered first time medicine with prescription for 3 months as I get always before in other city, but they give me medicine just for 1 month. So, 3 days ago I sent them order for next month and they still don't answer anything. Is awful and not professional. I will change the apotheek and never will contact them again.

Constantly changing medicines, pharmacist just rude if not rude in conversations about reimbursement of medicines, even indicates: then you are looking for another pharmacy! The pharmacy is almost impossible to reach by phone and after about 20 to 30 minutes of waiting, the connection is lost. So, after more than 40 years of being treated excellently by the predecessors of this pharmacy, I am forced to find another pharmacy. Draw your own conclusion!

Always nice but lately out of stock or I have strange medicines ....

In the meantime I have received the wrong medication twice, for which I clearly want the right medication, but these are not available from wholesalers. Well then you just give others ... ridiculous. I would not be able to reason, only I went to the doctor three times to get a prescription with the announcement that they should go and look for other pharmacists if they are there. No, don't. I called myself and I could get them at three locations, in short, worthless service ......

They do not request medication on time to blame the hospital, but after having had the same excuse several times, it seems clear to me that they are not doing their job well and only want as many customers as possible to earn money! Since you have ended a conversation 3 times by telephone by putting the receiver down, it does not seem to me that you want to start a conversation! Customer satisfaction is hard to come by and you do little to nothing for this!
