Our cooker is in dire need of replacement, so we looked for a seller of freestanding cookers in the region. Because kitchen house Heerlen drives around on their bus with advertising from Boretti and their website prominently advertises stoves (including) photos of the many stoves in the showroom, driving to Heerlen. In front of the door was a large sign with mouth masks mandatory, this only applies to customers, the sellers do not bother to put one on. Not even when they are walking around or talking to the customer. They still had exactly one stoves, two if I take the one suitable for Germany. When I asked whether stoves could possibly be ordered, after much searching and browsing, a page appeared in brochures on which a total choice could be made from 3 entire stoves. So we drove to Heerlen for nothing. I would like to buy a stove in a real shop, but here they will only sell something to completely desperate customers who do not have an internet connection. Very bad experience here. Quasi funny but totally uninterested sellers who apparently have no idea what their company is pretending to sell.

Nice range of kitchens at an affordable price. Employees do not take the initiative to ask if they can help you or what exactly you are looking for!

Very bad service. The kitchen was installed four weeks ago and is still waiting for a working refrigerator, electrical outlets, new back wall and foreground dishwasher.

I strongly advise against the kitchen house. 1 star is actually too much. We came for a sink stopper and were immediately treated by an older vendor when viewing the sink bins and stoppers. We were apparently not allowed to come to the sink stopper since it sometimes disappeared. Well, we fully understand that, but the way it was made clear was completely anti-social. After we made this known to sir, we were kicked out of the store with the words, disappear, order on the internet. So never the kitchen house again for us.
