Sadly turned into a bad experience. We stepped in here with the thought of realizing our dream kitchen. With a new home, 2 kids the approach to live here for a long time, we really have not cut back on anything. Total price 18k. A few weeks before the kitchen was to be placed, I received a confirmation email that the date of placement was still the same, a week after a vague call from the head office, placement is postponed for 3 weeks. After calling back and forth with, among others, Keukenkamp Heerlen, this turned out to be a misunderstanding, it was more of a question whether we wanted to move it. Very vague, no, preferably not with a child of 2, pregnant woman and living without a kitchen. Before installation, there was also contact that the seam of the worktop could not be placed in the agreed place (a clear place where it would be placed was not indicated) and whether we also wanted window reveals in composite. Unfortunately, during assembly it turned out that the worktop consists of 1 long piece with one piece of top of 30 cm attached to it, seam is visible. (We could live with it) Unfortunately, the splash edges also turned out to be too short. Kitchen champion indicates that this is our fault, we have the space plastered after measuring, which I think is quite normal. After all, the old kitchen was still in it during measurement. Wise to measure after plastering? After a lot of contact with Keukenkamp, ​​the solution and the accompanying special price is 600 euros to redo the splashbacks. No way! 3 months later we have a kitchen that is not finished, kitchen champion thinks it's fine and we (had to pay 18k before delivery!)! The help we have had in the beginning has been excellent. But if you do not get your dream kitchen at the end that you go for together, that good help will unfortunately be canceled, I strongly advise against this company !!

We have a bad experience with the seller and the company. Sat for hours for a quote and turned away at the end of the day without having anything on paper and they didn't give a price. We had to state our price and they agreed or disagreed. Finally expressed my displeasure at the head office and received a quote the day later at the end of the day. We have now bought the kitchen elder, with the same equipment and quality for a better price. Our advice is not to do business with this, but of course everyone should know that for themselves.

We are very satisfied with the kitchen champion. Everything was explained to us very professionally and clearly. We were helped by Audrey who took plenty of time for us. This allowed us to decide quietly. And now we have to get to work ourselves.
