At our first appointment we thought we had chosen a nice floor. Unfortunately we wanted to give up, the same floor was cheaper elsewhere. The older employee we had spoken to at the time was already annoying on the phone the day after and did not want to answer our question about canceling and always dismissed it. The next day we called again with a younger employee and he invited us for an interview. Had a good conversation and then decided to leave the order (top employee!). Now they have recently come to lay the floor and unfortunately, the wrong floor. We should receive a form upon delivery, which we would then go through with the shelves. You can already guess, we have never seen the form. They wanted to go home all too quickly and before we knew it we were left with a glued floor that we do not even like and have not chosen! Ridiculous! As icing on the cake they also broke our key to the front door in the lock and demolished the toilet door. I hope you will do something about this, this is a nightmare experience.

Watched us when we fancied. Took the time; was not going to do 1000 other things in between. Was very attendant without being sticky. Clearly knew how it worked and wst he and his business in house. Would definitely go back for another one. Good parking possibilities and afterwards go to bufkens tikki bar rooftop and celebrate the purchase.

I bought a laminate floor at carpet center Heerlen, very satisfied with good quality flooring, then returned for curtains and bought it again top quality. Aided by a very friendly Mr. Jan. He knows what he is talking about. In short, a pleasant store and very good advice. And last but not least a good quality price ratio, Guus and Irene van Moerkerk Valkenburg a / d Geul.
