WOW WHAT A BAD COMPANY! Ordered a bed 1800 euros, asked for the exact same one as in the shop! Received my Bed Thursday, NO BASE BOARD ( apparently thats extra yet my bed ones the only one in the store that had a base board) NO LEGS, the shop had to remove legs from another bed so I could sleep that night!!! NOW I have realised the topper they have sent is the cheapest version and not the same on on the display in the shop!!!!!!!! Woonsquare what are you going to do about it? AS the Matress topper will be delivered to your reception in HEERLEN today and my credit card company and Santander will be called to put the total BALANCE IN DISPUTE! What a krook of the store! I never felt comfortable in stores like this In the Netherlands.......... They dont feel natural! They feel like Crooks!

Don't do business with WoonSquare! In August we ordered a sofa, which would be delivered on 17 November. On the day of the delivery, (Tuesday 17-11 we didn't see anyone, so we contacted. Here came the message from Apologies, there is some delay. It will be December. the day after we also received an email with this message (see photo) In mid-December I drove past the store, with my complaint about the poor accessibility / no communication about the delivery. Here I was told that I had to call the head office, they could not arrange anything for me. here I also had to fill out a form, and I would be contacted, this has not happened! We are now 08-02-2021. and 10-20 Phone calls further, you are continuously kept on a leash, and they are promised, next week it will be in. but nothing always comes I have now indicated that I want my deposit back. but this is also not an option for WoonSqaure, They indicate that he is now scheduled for week 9 (March) In short, it is a big mess! they keep being promised that they will call and that the bank will come. have lost all confidence, cancellation is not an option, then you will lose your money, and we have been waiting for a few months now .. I wish no one this experience. So don't buy here!
