Worthless! .. we come in, a lady is sitting at her pc with a large glass of tea, she is not looking at us, go to her, she just stays put. Ask her, can you help us, we come for a kitchen ... stays seated and says "I have an appointment and I look at her screen again. In other words ROTH !! That's what we did. Bought a house with a 5 year old kvik kitchen. After many calls because this was not in order and the file was very difficult to find, the monkey turned up: the guarantee is not transferable. A mechanic could come by but that was just an hour of invoice. Furthermore, no enthusiasm to think along or to find a solution. Quality kitchen is mediocre, service too.
Supply is becoming more standard, and in the old days there was much more general interest in the specials
