Lounge set and garden table plus 8 chairs ordered from Buitenhof Heerlen. First there was a small mistake in the order, but that was handled well. Finally agreed that we would receive everything in two deliveries, because not everything would be produced at the same time. That was nice for us to be able to enjoy the sets at least this summer. Delivery went well, sets look and feel very good quality. We are very happy with it. Thanks!

Unfortunately a lesser experience with Buitenhof. Wooden garden table ordered. The blade was damaged on first delivery. Can happen, so ordered a new table. Second table also damaged. Even then can happen. The third time, the delivery service only came with a table top without a base. Pffff, patience is running out. Fourth delivery unfortunately the blade is slightly damaged again. Buitenhof came up with the solution to sand the damage with sandpaper and to update the table with oil. Sorry, but this is not a solution for us. No apologies received and no thinking along. I might have held the table with a possible discount, but there was no talking about that. Buitenhof indicated that there would be no new table. We were allowed to choose another table, but of course you understand that this will not happen. Missed opportunity Buitenhof !!!

This must be the bad company in the Netherlands, got 3x damaged furniture and every x forgot to deliver something other than the cushions then the table then something else for 7 weeks now waiting for garden furniture. Cost 2 200 € then you expect quality and service no forget it .. I would say avoid this shop pff just headache.

After visiting the impressive exhibition in Heerlen, we decided to buy a lounge set worth around € 2,500. The appointment coordination still worked well. After unpacking, however, we found that all the items delivered (2.5 seater and two 1 seater and table) had several noticeable scratches. After an immediate complaint with customer service, they offered us to send a can of paint to paint the damaged areas. An exchange or financial discount requested by us was not accepted. We were very disappointed by the fact that the goods are obviously not subjected to quality controls before they are dispatched and the handling of complaints. We expected good quality at the high price. Unfortunately, this does not apply to Buitenhof. Hands off!

Very friendly staff. But the promised delivery time of 14 days was not kept. The ordered lounge will probably only arrive at the end of August or beginning of September. Had we been told this beforehand, the purchase would not have come off.
