Cheap furniture shop with a large selection. Unfortunately there are not many furniture ready for delivery, so normally you will have to order and wait a few weeks ...Anyway, if you don't want to spend that much, go and take a look. Guys and girls working there are amazing and very helpful.

Order placed on 04/02, payment made online, paid, and received error after payment, after 14 days no one can be reached by phone via customer service and via messenger no answer, no idea when I can pick up my order, since I cannot reach anyone! !!!!!

Ordered via web store with pick up in the store at Woonboulevard Heerlen. I was first referred to the checkout, where a delivery note was printed, which I had to take to the carpet department. I waited there for 10 minutes, while the staff present ignored me. When the salesperson finally deigned to help me, he dropped the order in front of me - unwrapped. One of the two tokens ordered showed signs of wear and dirt on the bottom. The seller I approached about this stated that 'that is normal when things are in the warehouse'. So I left that runner in the store. Conclusion: I will never order anything here again!

Ordered a wardrobe online in May, a curved door was delivered and a solution was to be found. No problem, you think this can always happen? After 3 months of being kept on the line by both the customer service on Facebook and by telephone, the measure was full. the lies got bigger and bigger and the product would have already been sent 5 times and the next day it turned out that the product was not yet sorted. After waiting 4 months, the wardrobe support bar broke and the wardrobe collapsed .... The branch in Maastricht did not answer my calls several times, so I called the branch in Heerlen out of desperation. here I was spoken to by two very friendly men, Sam and Willem. I explained my story and within 24 hours there was a solution! I would like to thank the employees of the branch in Heerlen that there are still people working at the loaner who treat the customer as it should !!!!!!
