We have bought a relax sofa. After the sofa was delivered, we bought another side chair. However, after 2 weeks we were not satisfied with the purchase of the relax sofa. In the brochure we read that we were entitled to a 100-day exchange guarantee. I must tell you that we had a hard time about this. We left for Heerlen with lead in our shoes to discuss this. However, we have been treated in such a nice way, which we never expected. The relax sofa is taken back and the purchase of the side chair has been canceled. We were able to choose another sofa and a relaxing chair. These will be delivered in a few weeks and until then we can use the relax sofa. You don't want to know how lucky we are. Hats off to the seller, Albert.
I was at Prominent with my grandmother after the carnival. We were helped by Albert, besides that he handled my grandmother very correctly, we also laughed a lot. He took his time and explained the operation and things Grandma needed. Grandma was very comfortable, there was no urge to buy anything. But ultimately a decision has to be made. Grandma didn't dare to do it. Again no pressure from the seller, chapeau though.
But last week with grandma back to the store, he remembered which chair it was and everything that went with it. After a cup of coffee, Grandma also tacked, and compliments to the other colleague from Maastricht. Both sellers created a nice atmosphere to buy.
