Nightline Slaapcomfort

We visited this store on the advice of acquaintances. We got good advice and bought another bed the same day to buy our new home. After that, an (external?) Shipping party called several times urgently that the bed was in the way and they wanted to deliver, but we did not have the keys yet! When the key handover was known, we immediately contacted for the placement of the bed, upon arrival they found out that they had forgotten the electrical part of the bed. Can happen, the (external) shipping party came back the next morning at 6:00 so that they could fix it for their service. There was a promotion and pillows and bed linen would be supplied. They had also forgotten these, also the day after. After a phone call it would be brought personally, but that did not take place either, so we have now been waiting for almost a month for the duvets to be delivered. The branch manager responded to my emails this week that he was on vacation for 3 weeks and the duvet and the like are still coming. You have to show understanding for everything, there is apparently no compensation. It would also be nice if this business had shown understanding that if you are going to live on your own and order a bed with bed linen, it is nice to sleep WITH bed linen ..... If I were the owner I would have a bottle of wine or chocolates sent after it as an excuse ... Well, at aftersales they can learn a lot, like other reviews like showing. A pity this.
