Too bad I have to give a star anyway, this pharmacy certainly does not deserve that! What a big mess there! Today I came to pick up the medicines for my father (for which I had called yesterday as previously agreed with another employee who was friendly by the way) I was told out of stock come back tomorrow. I indicated that my father must have his medication tonight because he has to take it tonight too! The elderly woman with blond / red hair with glasses is crystal clear to me, then he should skip that tonight! Eeuuhh I don't think so! Again indicated that this was discussed by phone yesterday, she went to look further than her nose was and it turned out that it was ready! What an unbelievably humane and if not friendly and well-informed! An apology could not get rid of it either!

Very important medication is not provided. Would not have been ordered, even though the doctor called the Pharmacy about it. Even had to go to the hospital pharmacy on weekends to pick up medication. Have your doctor send a prescription again on Monday, would be delivered at home on Tuesday, you can't guess the promised medication on Tuesday ... Your life will depend on it, but that doesn't matter to Kisters!

No private customer data is flying around when you are helped in Bali. The telephone ordering system is only for the trained person. Before you know it, you can enter everything again. Not suitable for slightly less digital.
