It is absolutely not my intention to come across as whiny. But would like to mention what I've been through. Entered Etos Heerenveen today. Took something from the store that had a price of 2.09. When you arrive at the checkout, you will be charged 6 euros. I was surprised if this was true. We then walked back together to where I got it from. Indeed 2.09 euros. Then someone walks into the store who wants to exchange a used mouth mask as it turned out to be too big. This was a minor boy, where the staff member who was busy with me happily leaves me without saying anything and helps this young boy exchange the used mouth mask. After a long wait, I decide to go back to the checkout where another lady pays for the product. I say again that the prices are not correct. Then we walk to the shelves again. She also sees that the product stands at 2.09 euros, but the real price tag of the product had fallen behind. All in all, I think the course of affairs at Etos Heerenveen deserves a little more extra attention and service.

Arrogant staff just like the owner herself who can't get rid of a smile! You don't feel completely welcome in this store. From now on the orders but via the webshop or another drugstore.

with the red hKom just away from the etos, 2 cash registers manned behind 1 even 2 ladies. I had to have 1 jar of medicine, but the lady says and glasses you go to my colleague and continue to laugh with the other colleague. what do you feel embarrassed to be sent away like a little boy. I can imagine that you people will buy more and more online, instead of being treated so derogatory.
