I recently contacted by phone regarding a repair for my hob, which could not be repaired in the end. Thus CE Repair I was asked to contact the dealer as Sharp could not exchange the device I bought earlier. The dealer would help me with a solution. The telephone contact I had with a colleague (whose name I no longer remember) surprised me very positively. Without a doubt, a new hob was sent without any hassle, without internal consultation. All I had to do was forward the email from CE Ropair, which stated that I had to contact the dealer. Your fast service without any hassle, completely solution-oriented to satisfy the customer deserves praise! Many companies can learn from your way of resolving complaints! Chapeau! Have a nice day and I will often mention your name in a positive way.

Ordered an induction hob at Keuken Nederland. I received very friendly and professional assistance. Initially I also ordered the installation. Everything paid and I could have the record come on demand. First an electrician had to fix the meter cupboard. After talking to the electrician he said he could also arrange for the installation. Called Keuken Nederland, we even got back the money paid for the installation. They also sent us the necessary plug. All praise !! Thank you for the pleasant cooperation. Mary Brak

Ordered a fridge freezer combination from them via Bol. When the men came to deliver it, it turned out that I had ordered a towing door, while I needed a door on the door. So I couldn't do anything with this refrigerator. No problem at all. Wasn't done silly about it. This refrigerator went back into the box truck. And half an hour later I had an email from KeukenDrachten offering an alternative. Then after telephone contact it turned out that the alternative would not fit because of the dimensions of my fronts. Ultimately, the purchase amount was neatly returned. All in all, a neat business with friendly, cooperative and easily accessible staff.

Great service so far. The kitchen has been beautifully delivered and the finishing touches are done on their own initiative. The only downside is that we had to dispose of the packaging materials ourselves ...
