The first conversations were great! They think along with you, have good ideas and present a beautiful picture. We then worked from the end of May to the beginning of September to complete our kitchen. They expect to receive the full payment 5 days before delivery. This was not clear / known to us when we gave the order. When we asked after this, there was immediately threatened with the legal rules and obligations. It's a shame when you buy an expensive kitchen. Then we have to wait and see whether you get the kitchen and whether it is complete. Not in our case. They do not check what is delivered. It is then yourself figuring out and arranging. We fully understand later deliveries regarding COVID 19 and the relevant measures, but how the company deals with this is not appropriate and correct. After payment you should no longer expect any communication from Trend kitchens. They do not keep you informed of delivery, placement and show no interest in the completion of the process. Also afterwards no longer just a phone call whether everything is as desired and whether it meets expectations. And when you call Trend Kitchens whether the product / material has been delivered, you will hear by default; "I don't know, ma'am, I should find out." Or "I don't know about your kitchen." What is positive is that they ordered a new freezer drawer free of charge when it broke due to our own actions. The mechanic has also done a good job. Ultimately, we have a beautiful kitchen, but if we had to install a new kitchen, we would choose a different kitchen company.

We had heard about this company from acquaintances and you can only do one thing to look at and compare. There were more customers in the shop and we were expertly helped by a female employee who could talk to us a lot about their range of kitchens ... beautiful ...

We have been well and expertly assisted in selecting a different kitchen. They had plenty of time for us. Recommended.
