Unfortunately the last time. Floor covering € 199 per linear meter ordered for 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs. After the measurement, we found that we needed 1 meter less, so a simple calculation of € 199 less than the first calculation. Doing difficult and raging on that calculator. Eventually the whole thing but rounded up. Charge 13 steps while there are 12. Charge 7m2 of subfloor for the stairs while it was 4m2. The latter mentioned back to the store and that calculator there again. Then only 4.5 m2 charged so a return of 65.63 that would be on our account with a week. 1.5 weeks later still nothing on the bill so back to the store. I have not mentioned everything yet, but no more Lippe Wonen for us.

Well helped with this store. Nice guy. Thought well with us and for a nice price we have a beautiful floor.

They have beautiful floors, but the service is not good. Not enthusiastically thinking along. Annoying hedging behavior. Not a customer oriented company. Too bad that did not have to.
