Bad service. Ordered something that said it was in stock in the store. I have come to pick up my order and there are 3 of the same product on the shelf right in front of me. My order appears not to be there, so I indicated to the employee that the product is on the shelf. Then the lady tells me that she cannot give this one, well fine, then go home. Strangely enough, 10 minutes later I suddenly receive an e-mail that my order is ready. Was the lady perhaps too lazy to help me immediately? Very irresponsible to deal with this, especially during the corona time when it is unnecessary to go to the store again now.
