Ordered a mattress on 18 January, delivery date on 1 February. On February 1 in the morning an email that 'due to corona' does not work to deliver the mattress on the agreed date, and that it will take 1-2 weeks for the mattress to be delivered. The right to choose a date yourself will also lapse. Now I would be able to pick up the mattress myself in a shop or collection point, were it not for the helpdesk (after a selection menu) is not available, it is simply said that the helpdesk is busy, it is advised to return later. call, ending with 'the connection will now be disconnected.' After several attempts, my patience is gone. If I want to cancel the order, this is not even possible because of the unreachable customer service. Conclusion; for me the last time Leen Bakker in these times. It is a great pity that a normally valued and respected party like Leen Bakker is using the corona crisis as an excuse to dismiss their customers. Apparently they can miss a few.

I was looking for 4 seasons duvets. Was helped by friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman. She advised me to take the duvets from Walra and immediately gave me a substantial discount for dessert. Thank you Leen B. The think-beds are very good.

Very nice shop, where the staff is really willing to take into account what you want as a customer. Over the years, various accessories, hangers, pillows, a duvet cover, a bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe. Last but not least, have sustainable carpet laid in the bedrooms. Satisfied with the range and the price / quality ratio.
