1 star is still too much credit for this kitchen store! We have had a quote for a kitchen made. When this was ready and the amount for the kitchen became known (€ 4527 excl. VAT), we asked if anything of a discount could be arranged. His answer was then: "Which box should be removed?" No discount possible! When we canceled the quotation this week, we received an email that the kitchen quotation (of € 2587 !!!!!) would be removed by him! The kitchen was suddenly almost € 2000 cheaper. When we asked about this, he said that our amount was incorrect, because a calculation module still needed to be applied! ?????? It has never been discussed. And then, according to him, you ended up on that € 2587, which is 43%! cheaper! All very special. So of course we asked for a new quotation with that lower price. But you get it .... it was already removed by him! And was no longer possible. This smells very strongly of scam! We therefore feel very cheated. We dared and did not want to continue working with him. So be warned!

Respond quite quickly to a request for quotation, and with a competitive price, but are not flexible and not customer-friendly. I wanted a telephone appointment to ask some questions about the quotation (there is no telephone number on the website, so you cannot call yourself), but this was impossible. They only want to do this at the office in Sneek, which is way too far away for me to just drive up and down. In addition, I later saw a very unfriendly text on the website about children and dogs. It is logical that pets are not allowed in such a store, but children are not welcome either. And I did not find the way this is described very friendly and very judgmental. As if every child in a store is going to riot! Too bad, I had high hopes for this establishment, but I am very disappointed. I dropped out, despite the initially attractive looking price.
