So pleased with this company. Excellent customer service from ordering to delivery. I really felt they cared about their customers. I had a bad experience with other company in the past so I decided to do business with iconaxa and ordered by phone. Saved lot of money, got exactly what I wanted and in 13 weeks had my chairs delivered. I would recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. Packaging & Products is excellent.

Very nice, reliable customer service. I ordered the sofa from abroad. I am both enthusiastic about my new piece of furniture, which I consider to be of high quality and which in no way disappointed me, even though I was only able to experience it from pictures before I bought it, as well as the nice staff. Immediately after the delivery came, I got a call asking whether everything went well. Found that very attentive. Now I have a piece of furniture here that is not only convincing in terms of quality, but also always reminds me of the nice buying experience. LOVE IT! Always my pleasure!
