This place is the definition of inefficacy. Today, they forgot about my receipt, only to tell me after 1 hour of waiting that they did not have the medicine and that I should go somewhere else. (They did not even care to help me find my medicine in another place, considering all the time I wasted...)
Giving one star because 0 is not an option... They never do their work right, I always have to come back because they cannot find my prescription. They won't double check that its there. I call my doctor who then tells me they sent the prescription 2 days ago! This has happened on more than 1 occasion. I dont have time to travel back and forth and stand in line for 1 hour total just to get my freaking medicine.
Absolutely horrendous service, go somewhere else if you have the option.
Shame on them selling 50ml bottle of hydro alcoholic gel 5,50€ during COV19 pandemic, here is the worst of humanity.
This is not a pharmacy, it's a group of incompetent, slow, unfriendly crooks. They don't even try to look as if they were hurrying up, when there's a kilometer long line. They can't answer basic questions and don't inform you when they give you a medication from a different brand that it may cause you harm.
They switched my birthcontrol without telling me it's from a different manufacturer (I just thought they changed the packaging as the name was the same). Now I'm struggling with horrible acne for two months, spending a lot of time and even more money to try to fix what could have easily been avoided.
I'm astonished they still have a licence, if I find out where I am able to report this "pharmacy", I will.
