I would give it zero stars if it would let me. Most staff are rude and unfriendly especially if you don't speak any Dutch or don't speak it well. I'm surprised they are able to stay in business with this attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to Ramleh down the street. Way better experience.
Not my usual pharmacy but went there on the way home with my prescription. Asked the pharmacist if they had my medication in stock... the fat angry looking pharmacist rudely asked me to go to my own pharmacy for some reason...
I asked again to check if they had my tablets in supply... he took my ID and script to check, but was calling someone instead... came back to give me my ID back and told me they have everything in stock...after waiting 10-15 minutes another pharmacist told me that they have nothing in stock...
I don't know what the fat angry guy was doing but he was not helpful at all and wasted my time for nothing. Also the place is not very organized

Fast and friendly service. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes and was able to pick up my medicines a few days before the pick up date due to vacation. The service has improved significantly compared to a few years back.
Friendly and professional personal, always quick and i never have to wait more than 10 minutes which i think is a reasonable waiting time. If there is a mistake however (which I've seen happen once as i was waiting.) They are always quick to apologize and make sure you know it could take a moment longer which is better than be left waiting in the dark.
