Very bad staff. Not customer friendly at all. Don't even know the rules of their own company. Put your own rules on the facade instead of Kruidvat.

Awful staff. I don't base this on a one-time visit, but I really came here more often. Never encountered a nice employee. Unfortunately. In the meantime, I would rather drive a little longer than step into this terrible branch.

During the extra shopping evening on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, I found a half-lit store at 7:10 pm. The store would be open until 8 pm. When I asked whether the shopping evening was not going through, I assumed the manager said she had not seen any customers until 6:30 pm and that she therefore did not find it worthwhile to turn on the lights at the back of the store. I was not the only customer. There were more customers in the store who were somewhat baffled. I did not feel welcome to say the least. At Kruidvat on the Van Beethovensingel I will never come again, I thought the way I was spoken to was utterly rude!

Customer-unfriendly staff, that applies to almost all Kruidvat stores, I think. It seems as if they are selected on that basis. They reluctantly help you.
