We pick up our meds there. Very polite and helpful. Also informative. Helped us who are new to Netherlands understand the system of prescription and medicine delivery.

I feel a bit "scared "every time when i was there to pick up my medication. The atmosphere is cold and the staffs seem not happy to serve you or working there like the customers coming to disturb. Hardly seeing a smiley face. Sometimes i think it could be too busy there and too less staffs to help....... Good point is they have good pincode machines to collect medication without going in to picking up...

Great place to stand and wait for 30-40 minutes. There is only ever one person at the desk. Way too slow service. Edit Came back 2/6/20. Literally the worst service I have come across. Will be asking doctor to change pharmacy.
