Small but tidy

There is a Madam manager working there, her name is Sandy! sorry she is a very proud lady who feels very elevated above the rest! as soon as I come in she doesn't greet me, as soon as she enters someone else she say good afternoon. Very unfriendly while always being nice and tidy. She likes power a bit but I'm 46 yrs old don't let someone like that intimidate me haha. Too bad she is. Good products and cheap offers, there is also a nice lady who I often have a small conversation with, very caring and compassionate. Something the owner can learn from! Kindness to the 1 owner is not nice to the other. It just seems like making a lot of money. There's nothing wrong with me to treat unkindly. I show it nowadays and say nothing when I walk in and if she is there and just come and buy me things and quickly go out again. Think she's unhappy in her private life and would like to show it that way with grumpiness. Unfortunately that vulgar arrogant attitude of the is really a no go. But nice products for an affordable price. More people think this of her and there is a lot of talk about her. So it's not up to me, it's her standard behavior. That's why I'm only giving 1 star for this lady's strange rude attitude.

I think it's a nice etos, helpful staff. Also always ask if you have been able to find everything. Occasionally there is also an MW who also works at the etos argonautenweg. Know it because I also shop there, always nice and helpful. She is also one who also thinks along with me which is nice. But so far always a nice experience with the ladies there.

Proud staff feels very much above the customer, they no longer see me there when she is there.

Standard drugstore of a large chain. A light thing and nice to shop there.
