I bought a small desk which was perfect for the little room i have. Delivery and product quality is good. Good instruction on how to setup. Price is good too.

Waited nearly 3 weeks for my order, I had to contact the seller and they informed me they couldn't ship to the UK and I would be refunded. I messaged back asking when I would expect my money and they have blanked me for 2 weeks since. Had to open a claim with PayPal but they still haven't replied to pay terrible service

What a serious setback: the box was delivered much later than promised. If you wanted to inquire about the status of the delivery, the email was not answered. Telephone contact also left a lot to be desired, after a lot of insistence, the box was finally delivered. The quality also left something to be desired: Holes badly pre-drilled, so that the panels and doors do not fit properly. An Ikea cabinet is better put together and is also considerably cheaper. If you submit a complaint about this, you will receive zero response. Scandalous! I will never order anything here again!

My desk was delivered super fast and it was child's play to assemble it. The finish is not very neat but is in places that you cannot see. I think the wood pattern is very different from the product photo. The pattern seems completely striped while in this pattern a lot of wood grain is depicted. I even double checked that they hadn't accidentally sent the wrong agency. All in all, quite good in its price range.

Bought a scratching post through bol.com at the end of last year. Very satisfied with the scratching post until the sisal rope started to shift because too little rope was used. This made the bottom of the scratching post visible. Contacted Nancy HomeStore and they immediately offered a solution. A few days later the parts were delivered again! Nice and fast service.
