Bemmel and Kroon Kitchens and Appliances

Be warned: Ordered a new fridge-freezer combo here. It was delivered by Dynalogic service by a couple of rude delivery guys, the next day. Because of the holiday season they could not fit the fridge into the kitchen yet and the fridge fitters would be sent later. They never came. Once we called them after a month, B&K said they forgot to send the order to the fridge fitters. :'( That's pretty sad service. :'( Edit: changed my score to 1 star, as the cost for installation exceeded a whopping 200 euros. Never again will I purchase anything here. Edit edit: After I filed a complaint they contacted me and apologised and refunded 50 euros. I reward that by changing my score to 3 stars.

They do not accept products back even if you want to return them in the legal Cooling-off period. They try to mislead you. Very arrogant people. Never again.

Arrogant, impolite, irritating! Worst customer care ever! At Bemmel & Kroon Den Haag, they did not want to design the kitchen as we wanted, because "it was not possible". So we had it designed by Bemmel & Kroon Zoeterwoude (Leiden) exactly as we wanted and it is was perfectly possible. We bought our kitchen there in fact. Then, we ordered an item from Bemmel & Kroon Zoeterwoude, they sent it to B&K Den Haag so we could pick it up. Long story short, WITHOUT INFORMING US, B&K Den Haag decided to send it back to Leiden. After months of emails and phone calls, we still do not have the item and we cannot pick it up to the closest B&K place. In summary: - People working at Bemmel & Kroon Den Haag are very impolite, unable to deal with customers, arrogant and irritating. We sent a letter to Bemmel & Kroon headquarters to inform them about how bad are the local managers in Den Haag. Advice: - Never go to Bemmel & Kroon Den Haag! Go to Zoeterwoude (Leiden) instead. The employees there are very polite, helpful and work towards making their customers happy.

Good experience. Very professional staff. Lots of details provided. Seems like above average price for kitchen though.
