Not keeping appointments and not letting them know.

Ronald does not excel in service orientation and friendliness. I order a Velux roller blind from Ezgi. friendly help, according to her the assembly is child's play. However, when we try to assemble, we don't succeed, but then we still ask for help. Costs for roller blind purchase 100 euros including VAT, sales 175 including VAT. Perhaps Ezgi should not have given me this voucher ..... Help was not forthcoming, send photo, send another photo, call and call again. Do not come by for 75 Euro? Today we are 19 days after delivery of the roller blind and I call Ronald again. Now it turns out that we are very stupid and so is our friend, who graduated from TU Delft ....... Nice 75 euros earned doing nothing, but lost a potential customer for the future. Good luck with your case Ronald !!!! oh yes I will also inform Velux if they are happy with this dealer of their high quality products.

Good advice and quality products. We first bought a double screen door (from our own brand) and then blackout curtains. We are very satisfied with this.
