Terrible service. Impossible to reach by phone, unfriendly and rude doctor.. Had 4 concerns but I was allowed to explain just 2. If you're in need, or have an emergency they don't make exceptions.

They literally have no idea what they are selling. Can be dangerous when it comes to health issues. Don't they have to go to university for this kind of job? They did not know anything"

I personally find it so unjustified that this pharmacy gets so many bad reviews ... not in my experience. I myself have only had good experiences with this pharmacy so far. When I had to choose a new pharmacy, I first let myself be guided by reviews, but afterwards glad I didn't. The safe is incredibly useful. Already collected medication several times over the weekend, works perfectly! Just like requesting information about medication. Several times experienced employees who would love to look up how something works. Sure, there are areas for improvement everywhere! For every company and every person! For example, the entire calling system is currently not quite set up properly with regard to menu options, but I just clearly indicated this myself during the conversation and then she also indicated that she was going to do it. And yes, there are sometimes queues sometimes, but in all the times that I have visited the pharmacy this was never longer than> 10 minutes. And if this indeed takes longer, then I do not mind myself. come back a little later. It is better to take some time for everyone than to rush. All in all, I am simply satisfied and I wanted to write a positive review for this pharmacy. Only positive experiences for me! Everything in healthcare, regardless of which sector you work in, is people work ... so that is how it can be judged. But that is my opinion :)
