I have been coming to this fedex for years. Always friendly staff. Unfortunately, the staff has been renewed for about a year. In the past period we often thought "work pressure must be very high because staff is very short". This morning was the last straw for me; Well after 8.30 am I am asked, with a grumpy face, if I want to wait outside because the racks still had to go out ... They are busy at an excruciatingly slow pace. In the meantime, an old woman with a walker is also ordered to wait outside ... I really don't have to be inside at 8.30am. Also all understanding to give them space ... but for me it is about the way ... It will be a long working day for them ...

Very rude person, beyond just cheeky! Despite the offers, the prices are not adjusted and if I say something about it, then I should have said something about it and I am too late and so I am unlucky. They had to open at 9:30 in the morning. I stand there 8:35 and let them wait outside without saying a single word to me. Then I indicate that I do not need a receipt, it is literally thrown in my face !! Really incredible I never come here again. I'd rather drive a little further to the Etos

Very customer-friendly, staff are not at all thinking along, surly and are very distant. Hope for a quick improvement otherwise go elsewhere.

What a staff walking around here ... really rude and very upscale ... cranky disgruntled heads. If your supervisor saw you in the workplace like that, you'd be fired right away. I would say a good course with customers and a happier face and adjust your tone! And that goes for all permanent employees
