Waiting time is sometimes very long and staff is not always friendly Some are real and they are human !! I often have to go back because they did not receive the fax and often wonder where the error lies.

Make a lot of mistakes. Then blame the patients and caregivers for this. Leave the patient without medication for days. While the general practitioner and I explicitly ask for it myself. I have had the nasty answer. Too often already.

Unfriendly and not adequately trained staff. Long waiting times and I have been helped wrong three times. Very dissatisfied.
