Very long waiting time. Not fulfilling the agreements made.! I suspect they are in cooperation with the parking garage. And that's why they make people wait so long 🙄😉 Advice: find another pharmacy if you have the choice. Strength all 🍀

UMCG is a fantastic hospital (!), But this pharmacy has very long waiting times. The capacity in terms of staff, counters and waiting areas should be addressed. Given the reviews, this appears to be a structural problem. Shouldn't it be possible to solve it?

What a dramatic pharmacy. 5 years ago you often had to wait an hour, now 5 years later nothing has changed. I am not normally so fond of the reviews, but that the UMCG accepts that there is such a bad and slow pharmacy in their hospital is incomprehensible. 0 stars

I got in touch quickly by phone and my question was answered quickly and competently. I've been using the servilocker for quite some time now to get around the wasted waiting times at the counters and that works fine.

Super happy with the way I am treated here. Really very satisfied!
