Pharmacy Wijert

Have been with this pharmacy for a number of years. Mostly friendly employees, some who are a bit surly. But what I experienced yesterday was out of all proportion. The employee snapped at me on the phone as well as when picking up the recipe, when I indicated that I find it unacceptable to be served in such a way, she yelled at me and walked away. Seemed very overwhelmed. No excuse afterwards, not even when I spoke to a colleague. Hardly any empathy for the fact that prescriptions are often not ready, even if they are simply sent by the doctor. The fact that this can lead to unpleasant situations for me as a customer was totally ununderstanding. Very rude and customer unfriendly.

You get your medication. However, the staff can use a customer-friendliness course. Always grumpy, come there monthly and have never seen a smile, short and unfriendly. Probably a nasty place to work ...

They are always grumpy !! If one colleague agrees, the next colleague no longer agrees. In short, no good communication !! My daughter once got something for her hair while it had to be on her face. They did not explain this when they were delivered. My daughter got a bad reaction on her face. I am completely done with this pharmacy !!

The employee does not care about the prescription of the GP. Laughter is also too much to ask. You do not have to go here if you are under 50 years old, you are not taken seriously or treated nicely. Another pharmacy wanted.
